Procedure :

• Review and or Qualify the developer for the Suitable needs and requirement of the client.
• Work with Contractors and supervise their quality of the Work Completed.
• Follow The contractual Guidelines as set in the contract by the Owner.
• Arrange new financing based on the project costs.
• Arrange all the permits, Licensing from Govt Departments.
• Review and find the right suppliers for Equipment. Fixtures.
• Provide support to Client in Employee hiring and training process.
• Provide guidance and support for Marketing and promoting the new business.
• Providing guidance and support for the Business grand opening.
